Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan invites applications from outstanding Pakistani and AJK nationals for comprehensive GRE (General) Training under the US–PAK Knowledge Corridor PhD Scholarship Program 2026.

Who Can Apply?
Prospective students and non?PhD faculty members aspiring for a PhD scholarship under the US–PAK Knowledge Corridor initiative of HEC.
Eligibility Criteria
- Pakistani or AJK nationals.
- Minimum 4?year bachelor’s degree (BS/BSc/BE) equivalent to 16 years of education.
- No 2nd or 3rd Division in the entire academic career.
- Maximum age on closing date: less than 40 years for government employees and less than 35 years for others.
- Selection will be based purely on academic merit and seat availability.

Submit your application via Google Form before June 20, 2026 using the official link: https://forms.gle/H8UwrNA7h3nj7H1J6.
No registration fee is required; HEC will pay the training partner directly. Shortlisted applicants will pay a concessional fee of Rs. 5,000, while the remaining cost will be covered by HEC.
Benefits for HEC?GRE Trainees
- Those securing a GRE score of 300 or above will be reimbursed the ETS fee.
- PhD admission in any top 100 QS?ranked university (2026) may qualify for a scholarship under the US–PAK Knowledge Corridor, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
