NAVTTC Expression of Interest (EOI) – Registration as National Assessors under Takamol Skills Verification Program (SVP) Saudi Arabia
Government of Pakistan through the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals across Pakistan for registration as National Assessors under the Takamol Skills Verification Program (SVP) in collaboration with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Program Overview
National Assessors will evaluate the technical and professional competencies of Pakistani skilled workers under the Takamol SVP framework. Selected assessors will be trained and accredited by NAVTTC and authorized Qualification Awarding Bodies (QABs) to ensure international standards of assessment.

Eligibility Criteria
| Trade Type | Educational Qualification | Experience | Other Requirements |

| Technical & Non-Technical Trades | Bachelor’s degree / DAE / Diploma in relevant field | 3–4 years relevant industry experience | Specific RPL required if qualification not directly relevant |
| Driving Trades | Bachelor’s / DAE in Mechanical or Automotive | 2–3 years relevant experience | Valid driving license |
General Requirements
- Strong practical knowledge and competency in the relevant trade.
- Basic computer skills for conducting computer-based theory tests.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Understanding of assessment tools and procedures.
- Preference for candidates with prior experience in TVET or vocational training.
