Available Positions:
Unit Head – Islamic Banking Operations (AVP/VP/IVP)
Manager – Islamic Banking Finance (AVP/VP/IVP)
Experience: Minimum 8 years of professional experience in banking operations, Shariah compliance, branch management, finance, or accounts. Preference will be given to candidates with strong understanding of SBP’s Islamic Banking regulations and Shariah Governance Framework.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized institution (national or international). Candidates with AAOIFI, CIPA/CSAA, or NIBAF diplomas are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage Islamic Banking branches and windows in alignment with SBP policies.
Provide operational leadership and ensure compliance with Shariah principles.
Prepare periodic progress and financial reports for management and regulatory authorities.
Oversee pool management, P&L distribution, and Islamic Banking financial statements.
Coordinate with Shariah Board and Regional Operations Managers for smooth operations.
Conduct staff training and human resource development for Islamic Banking growth.
Eligibility Criteria: Maximum age limit is 45 years as of closing date. Dual nationality holders are not eligible. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews. No TA/DA admissible.
