Finance & Accounts Officer
- Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institute (National/International). Candidates with CA or ICMA (partly qualified) are also eligible.
- Responsibilities:
- Prepare and coordinate periodic financial statements as per IFRS/IAS and SBP directives.
- Assist auditors and regulatory teams with required data and ensure timely resolution of queries.
- Coordinate with branches and treasury for fund remittance and budget monitoring.
- Prepare management and board reports, and assist in financial planning.
- Experience with ERP systems like Oracle Hyperion will be an added advantage.
Head NPL Monitoring VP-I/VP
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in banking or financial institutions.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institute (National/International).
- Responsibilities:
- Monitor overdue accounts and initiate recovery actions per regulatory guidelines.
- Develop and implement recovery strategies for overdue and infected portfolios.
- Supervise field teams and conduct regular visits to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Handle legal cases and liaise with law enforcement agencies for recovery.
- Train staff on recovery procedures and compliance standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Maximum age: 50 years for VP-I/VP and 45 years for OG-I/AVP-I/AVP.
