The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is seeking a qualified and passionate individual for the role of Cricket Analyst. This position is based at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore, and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic development of cricket in Pakistan.

Position Details

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (preferably in a relevant field)
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
In-depth knowledge of cricket systems and performance metrics

Key Responsibilities

Analyze performance data and footage from domestic and international matches
Assist coaching staff in player development and strategy formulation
Manage large volumes of match and training data
Prepare and present SWAT analyses of teams and players
Support decision-making with evidence-based insights

Competency Requirements

Strong data analysis and video content creation skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and sports analytics software
Experience with cricket video editing tools
