Purpose of Hiring

The VPS Back Office Operations Department is expanding to meet growing participant demand, transaction volume, and regulatory reporting. New hires will ensure timely and compliant processing of contributions, fund allocations, switches, withdrawals, transfers, and annuitization. The goal is to enhance service standards, maintain internal controls, and reduce operational risk.

Deputy Manager (VPS) – Unit Management Department

• Position: 01
• Qualification: Graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Investment
• Experience: 5+ years in asset management, mutual funds, financial services, or pension fund operations
• Skills: VPS regulations, retirement planning, MIS tools, leadership, Islamic finance knowledge preferred
• Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end VPS operations: contributions, allocations, switches, withdrawals, annuitization
  • Ensure SOP compliance, internal controls, and regulatory adherence
  • Manage participant records and reporting
  • Coordinate with auditors and regulators

Deputy Manager (VPS) – Fund Accounting Department

• Position: 01
• Qualification: Graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Investment
• Experience: 5+ years in asset management, mutual funds, financial services, or pension fund operations
• Skills: VPS regulations, fund accounting, MIS tools, compliance, Islamic finance knowledge preferred
• Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily fund accounting: NAV calculation, reconciliation, reporting
  • Coordinate with Unit Management for data
  • Prepare financial statements and audit schedules
  • Ensure SOP and control compliance

Deputy Manager (IT & System Development) – VPS

• Position: 01
• Qualification: Graduate in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
• Experience: 3+ years in asset management, mutual funds, financial services, or pension fund operations
• Skills: Back Office Accounting Software, MIS tools, compliance, Islamic finance knowledge preferred
• Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain VPS software systems and participant portal
  • Coordinate with developers for system enhancements and integration
  • Implement workflow automation and digital solutions
  • Ensure backups and disaster recovery compliance
  • Provide technical support to VPS operations team

Assistant Manager (VPS) – Unit Management Department

• Position: 01
• Qualification: Graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Investment
• Experience: 1–2 years in asset management, mutual funds, or pension fund operations
• Skills: VPS regulations, MIS tools, compliance, Islamic finance knowledge preferred

  • Assist Deputy Manager in contributions, allocations, and reconciliations
  • Maintain participant records
  • Prepare MIS and regulatory reports
  • Ensure SOP compliance
  • Coordinate with auditors and regulators

Assistant Manager (VPS) – Fund Accounting Department

Assistant Manager (VPS) – Risk, Compliance & Regulatory Department

• Position: 01
• Qualification: Graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Investment
• Experience: Relevant experience preferred; 1–2 years in SECP?regulated retirement or mutual fund products
• Skills: VPS regulations, compliance, MIS tools, Islamic finance knowledge preferred
• Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports and disclosures
  • Monitor adherence to investment mandates and regulatory limits
  • Assist in compliance reviews
  • Maintain compliance calendar and documentation

Executive Officer – Fund Accounting Department

• Position: 01
• Qualification: 14 years Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in asset management, mutual funds, financial services, or pension fund operations
• Skills: VPS regulations, retirement planning, MIS tools, compliance, Islamic finance knowledge preferred
• Responsibilities:
  • Manage fund accounting operations including NAV calculation and reconciliation
  • Prepare financial statements, audit schedules, and regulatory reports
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs and internal controls
  • Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities
