ELIGIBILITY FOR PHD AT KARACHI UNIVERSITY?
MPharm, MPhil, MBA (with Four Year BBA) or its Equivalent Qualification in the relevant field from HEC recognized University
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
The following steps should be observed for PhD Admissions-2024:
1. The Admission Prospectus 2024. Entrance Test Form (ETF) and Fee Voucher can be downloaded from the Karachi University Website (www.uok.edu.pk) from MARCH 04 to MARCH 11, 2024.
2. Candidates are required to read the Prospectus carefully, fill Entrance Test Form and Fee Voucher. Pay Processing Fee of Rs. 6,000/= (Non-Refundable) in the Bank Alfalah (situated in the University of Karachi) through Fee Voucher.
3. Candidates are required to submit duly filled Entrance Test Form along with Paid Fee Voucher in the respective Departments latest by MARCH 11, 2024.
4. The Karachi University Entrance Test 2024 is mandatory for all the Candidates. List of Eligible Candidates for appearing in Karachi University Entrance Test will be displayed on Karachi University Website on APRIL 02, 2024.
5. Candidates eligible for Karachi University Entrance Test will be required to collect Admit Cards from APRIL 04 to APRIL 05, 2024 from the respective Departments / Centres / Institutes.
6. The Karachi University Entrance Test will be held on SUNDAY, APRIL 14, 2024 at 10:00 am. Candidates are required to report at 09:30 am at the respective Departments/Centres/Institutes with Admit Card and Original CNIC. For further information / details, visit KU Website (www.uok.edu.pk)
7. List of Successful Candidates will be announced / displayed on the University of Karachi Website on MAY 06, 2024.
REGISTRAR
Degree Holders of HEC – recognized Pakistani Private / Foreign institutions MUST submit an Equivalence NOTE I Certificate of the Degree obtained from the Office of the Deputy Registrar (Academics) of University of Karachi before the Provisional Admission.
