He said that the advertisement for receiving Hajj applications will be published tomorrow, Hajj applications will be received from November 27, which will be received by December 12.
He says that it has not happened that the upcoming Hajj is cheaper than the next year, the previous Hajj cost 11 lakh 75 thousand, while this year it will be 10 lakh 75 thousand rupees, the Hajj package does not include the sacrificial animal. If the air ticket is cheap, it will also benefit the pilgrims, the discount on the ticket will be returned to the pilgrims.
Caretaker Federal Minister of Religious Affairs Aneeq Ahmed said that 90 thousand pilgrims will be provided with suitcases with QR code, all kinds of information about pilgrims will be provided on QR code, Hajj of 2024 will be digitized, pilgrims will be provided with mobile phones. The application will be given, due to which they will not get lost, the application will run even if the net is down, during the Hajj a Haji will be able to make unlimited calls to Pakistan, every Haji will have an internet package of 7 GB.
He says that there was also an option of complaint in the digital app. If a pilgrim has a complaint, he can file a complaint directly from the Hajj application. As soon as the complaint is filed, action will be taken. I will not compromise on poor quality.
Aneeq Ahmad has said that like Malaysian women, Pakistani women will also give abaya with the national flag to pilgrims. This year, short-term Hajj has also been introduced. Pilgrims in short Hajj will return after performing Hajj in 20 or 21 days. .
He said that there will not be a draw in Sponsors ASICOM, if Haji wants to stay in Medina for 4 days instead of 8, then the package will be reduced by 30-35 thousand rupees.
The Minister of Hajj says that the Saudi government has included Karachi in the Road to Makkah project and has requested to include other cities including Lahore in this program. Now it has been decided that 50% of the students who are studying there will be employed as local assistants.
Caretaker Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Aneeq Ahmed has further said that on May 9, 2024, the first flight of Hajj pilgrims will depart from Pakistan to Saudi Arabia.
He has also said that the Saudi government returned 12 billion rupees to the Hajj pilgrims last year due to some shortcoming. We have claimed another 8 billion rupees from Saudi Arabia. Pilgrims have any problems.
