The Scientific Explorer’s Glow in the Dark Fun Lab Science Kit was a birthday gift for my 7 year old granddaughter. She loves anything to do with color and Science.

My teen boy helped my elementary school boy with this kit- they used every item in the kit and spent an entire evening together without bickering, and having fun together with this educational toy. Everything glowed like it was supposed to. I don’t think the elementary schooler could have done it by himself, but it was interesting to the teenager, too. After they used up the kit, they attacked the pantry for vinegar and baking soda to make your standard kitchen volcano. This kit was the impetus for a great family evening that did not involve video games or fighting between brothers. Worth every penny. Will definitely get more of these type of kits.

Bought for Christmas as a gift. We had a lot of fun doing the activities together. I tend to go much further in the science and we looked at the components under a microscope to discuss why each thing worked. Great family educational fun.

The items in this kit really worked and were a lot of fun to put together and watch the progressions. My 8 yr old loved the fake snow and the rainbow crystals that triple in size. When throwing these away, be sure not to pour them down your sink for it will clog the pipes.

My husband, 7 year old and 2 year old all gathered in a dark bedroom after making these. We had so much fun! The only problem was trying to get the bulb to work from static. We couldn’t build enough static for some reason. But I really think it is just because we normally don’t get static in our home. I would definitely recommend this. We used it for a science class for home school.
