Well drats I just ordered 30 pounds from Rawfoodworld. I’ll try the manitoba site next time. Thanks.

I would only order them directly from the manufacturer, because hempseeds are SO fragile and go rancid so fast.

There is a link on my site to my favorite, manitoba harvest. Their prices are really good, and I order about 10lbs to save money. Just pop it in the freezer and youre good to go.

Any other place has to store the hemp, and i highly doubt they store it in the freezer. Order direct and get the good stuff!

Hey BTW where do you buy your hemp seeds, and all that from? I can’t find them at any of the local health food stores. I was thinking Matt Monarch’s and Angela Stokes site had pretty decent prices.

I know, right?! Very defensive. I wouldnt get all that pissed if someone thought people from MN were canadian or something. I say we all shed our national identity anyways! Down with nationalism!

Regular raisins are just fine…enjoy :)

Sounds like a great recipe Anthony.

I didn’t realize that Pakistanis and Indians do not take kindly to being mistaken for each other until I started studying a bit about Pakistan. Live and learn :)

It would be nice to know if regular raisins are Ok .

Woudln’t it be less sticky to put the seeds in the foodprocessor BEFORE the raisins?

Anyways, I’m gonna try this recipee later today I think. Unless it’s really important to have Hunza-raisins that is.

I was talking about the people on this blog..since some are not in a good mood. Detox is the answer.

these people are eating too much garbage..the mind is not detoxed. I realized that detoxing on a daily basis will improve your mood. I am on the Hunza Diet and I mix it with the Macrobiotic diet. I am on a mostly raw diet..but not totally. I don’t use oil. Everyone is into their thing. This is a fantastic recipe. I can’t wait to make it. This guy is gorgeous and has great recipes. He is an inspiration to all the unhealthy people out there.

How rude of you say say that!! This guy did not HAVE to put up a video on youtube for us…he did it coz he wants to share one of his recipes so we can all enjoy…Any inaccuracy is obviously not intensional…I am surprised by your malice…you are making Hunzas look bad! TAKE A CHILL PILL!

Listen darling, there is no hostility at all.. its just a matter of representation. Is it alright to call an American, Canadian? NO! and yes you did say Pakistan, but you also said India…

  14. hunzo00 says:

We are very far from India, if you know the Political status of the area and inner dynamics, you would know that the people of Hunza have gone through alot to have some sort of national representation.
So instead of wooing these women, leading them to say stupid things like your food is about peace! haha.. im sorry thats pretty funny! you should just get your facts right..

  15. hunzo00 says:

since your a chef- another thing you should know about Hunza is, people from Hunza live the longest and healthiest lives because of our Diet. so surely to use our ingredients and than to get our geographical location wrong doesn’t sit well with us Hunzai’s at all.
regardless, good luck with our ‘peace food’

Rawmodel, the difference between you and the ones on this board casuing trouble is very obvious. You exude peace and vibrancy; they are hostile and angry. Your raw diet is exemplified through your gentleness. You’re a diffuser. If everyone ate like this the world would be more peaceful. Just wanted to say that you are amazing and I would love to meet you one day. You are very intelligent (I love your blogs!) and overall, the epitome of what a human being these days should constitute of.

No problem. I think you’re really cute, and I love your videos. :-) Haha, it’s kinda weird having a fatty like me commenting on your videos, but I do eat healthy, and love to find raw recipes. Maybe if I convert COMPLETELY to raw, my weight problem will subside. Until then, I will slowly convert. I will continue enjoying your videos. Thank you for the entertainment! ;-)

fair enough…sorry to get so defensive. I just saw all the hard comments on this video and it was a little overwhelming. Its all good. I understand what you mean too.

    Be well, thanks for contributing.

I’m not saying that YOU are lying, I just think that the people who package a lot of these items might be STRETCHING the truth a bit just to get people interested in their products, that’s all.

  22. Rawmodel says:
    March 9, 2010 at 7:51 am

Thanks Catfish..Im really surprised by the hostility by the Hunzas…ouch!

  23. Rawmodel says:
    March 9, 2010 at 8:46 am

WHAT? They said “Imported from Hunza” on the package. Why would I lie. People have issues…

  24. Rawmodel says:
    March 9, 2010 at 9:03 am

Jeez…I said Pakistan too…just helping people with the overall area that arent familiar. Take it easy. And yeah..just the raisins are from Hunza. Not the seeds.

  25. Rawmodel says:
    March 9, 2010 at 9:22 am

Yeah…I said Pakistan. What is your problem. I think you have some anger issues. Go back to Hunza and re-mineralize maybe?
