• Position Title: Chief Supply Chain Management Officer
• No. of Positions: 01
• Contract Term: 3 years (extendable once, not exceeding 65 years of age)
• Place of Posting: MEPCO Headquarters, Multan
• Reporting To: CEO / Board of Directors

Job Description

• Develop MEPCO supply chain strategy aligned with organizational vision and goals.
• Manage procurement team as per PPRA Rules and MEPCO procedures.
• Ensure procurement of equipment, goods, and services to support business needs.
• Develop and implement procurement and contract management policies.
• Implement ERP system for efficient supply chain management.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Develop performance metrics for supply chain and procurement functions.
• Perform tasks assigned by CEO / Board of Directors.

Qualification & Experience

• 16?years Degree (MBA/MS) in Supply Chain from HEC recognized university.
• Minimum 15 years post?qualification experience including 5 years at senior management level.
• Preference for candidates with leadership experience in power sector, utilities, or large manufacturing organizations.

Age Limit

Upper age limit: 55 years at closing date. No relaxation will be admissible.

Remuneration

Market?based competitive package (Rs. 0.8 to 1.5 million/month). Negotiable based on qualification and experience. Position is contractual, non?pensionable, and non?permanent.

7. Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem?solving skills required.
8. Knowledge of supply chain principles, ERP systems, PPRA Rules essential.
