Overview
Government of Pakistan Finance Division invites applications for the position of Member, Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP). This is a full-time fixed-term federal appointment with an initial tenure of three years and remuneration as determined under Rule 4 of the Competition Commission (Salary, Terms and Conditions of Members) Rules, 2009.

Eligibility and Qualifications
- Education: Masters degree (minimum 16 years of education) in Economics, Commerce, Finance, Law or a relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Experience: At least 20 years of professional experience in economics, commerce, finance or law.
- Age Limit: Maximum 62 years at time of application; appointed Member shall not be over 65 years of age.
- Conflict Restrictions: Member must not hold any other office of profit, engage in other occupation or business, or have financial interests that could affect performance of duties.
- Shortlisting: If more than 15 eligible candidates apply, shortlisting will consider local and international publications, professional affiliations, and relevant experience.
Emoluments and Term
Remuneration package, allowances, and facilities will be provided as per Rule 4 of the Competition Commission (Salary, Terms and Conditions of Members) Rules, 2009 and as determined by the Federal Government. Initial appointment is for three years; extension is at the discretion of the Federal Government.
