Eligibility Criteria

Key Responsibilities

The CIO will lead ZTBL’s IT and digital strategies, aligning them with business growth. Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Ensuring SBP regulatory compliance and adherence to policies and guidelines.
• Overseeing IT infrastructure, digital security, and service management.
• Driving digital transformation, customer engagement, and innovation.
• Managing vendor relationships and service level agreements.
• Leading quality assurance and control activities.
