The Medical Teaching Institution DIKhan invites applications for the position of Secretary to the Board of Governors. This is a full-time administrative role requiring strong organizational and communication skills, familiarity with healthcare governance, and the ability to manage confidential board operations.
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Management Sciences or equivalent from a recognized university
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in public sector or corporate organization
Excellent written and spoken English and Urdu
Strong understanding of MTI Act & Regulations, employment law, and organizational planning
Retired civil servants (Secretary level) and retired armed forces officers (Major & above) may also apply
Familiarity with medical and health terminologies preferred
Responsibilities
Record and maintain minutes of Board meetings
Convene and coordinate Board meetings
Communicate with Board members and stakeholders
Perform secretarial duties as directed by the Chairperson
