Position: Head of Operations – VPS & CPF
Location: Head Office, Karachi (Non-transferable role)
Role Overview
This strategic leadership role involves overseeing operational processes related to:
- Voluntary Pension Scheme (VPS)
- Contributory Provident & Pension Fund (CPF)
Responsible for regulatory compliance, performance tracking, fund reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
Qualification & Experience
- Master’s or Bachelor’s (16 years education) in Finance, Accounting, Law, or Business Administration
- Minimum 8 years of experience in relevant fields
- Strong understanding of pension operations, regulatory frameworks, and reporting systems
