Eligibility Criteria
- MBBS from a HEC-recognized university
- FRCS / FCPS / MCPS / DOMS / MS in Ophthalmology
- Valid PMDC license required
- Post-qualification clinical experience
- Strong surgical skills; experience in Phaco surgery preferred
