About the Role

The Dean will be part of IBA’s senior leadership team and will be responsible for:

• Strategic planning across SESS departments
• Promoting interdisciplinary collaboration and high-impact research

• Cultivating an inclusive and progressive learning environment

Ideal Candidate Profile

IBA seeks candidates who meet the following criteria:

• PhD degree from an HEC-recognized institution
• Eligibility as Professor as per HEC and IBA requirements
• Strong research record and academic leadership experience
• Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and collaborative growth

Application Deadline

Applications must be submitted by July 31, 2025. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews. The selected candidate will be appointed as Professor & Dean of SESS for a 3-year term.
