The Bank of Punjab, one of Pakistan’s fastest-growing financial institutions, invites applications for the role of Officer Field Collections. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on the frontline of banking recovery and debt management across Pakistan.
Job Summary
The Officer Field Collections will be responsible for customer outreach, recovery follow-ups, and field visits as part of the collections process under consumer and microfinance segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact debtors and follow up on overdue accounts
- Visit delinquent customers to initiate and manage recoveries
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve customer objections
- Analyze root causes of delays and prepare recovery strategies
- Maintain accurate field visit reports and escalation documentation
- Collaborate with related departments for effective case handling
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and banking regulations
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized institution
- Experience: Background in banking/financial institutions preferred, especially consumer banking or microfinance
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years as of July 29, 2025
