Puri is a flat bread deep fried in oil served with a curry of chick peas and hot spiced potatos in the morning. It has become a traditional breakfast of Pakistani Urban areas over the years.
The Puri is usually cooked at small shops in bazaars of Pakistan and usually attracts ques of people to buyin the early mornings. Specially on Sundays the bazaars of cities are perfumed with the fragrance of cooked puris.
