Although the author does not claim to be a scholar, or to have written a scholarly text on the subject at hand, you still expect opinions as radical and bizarre as hers to be supported by hard, irrefutable evidence. That is sorely lacking in this book.
To set the record straight:
1. Enoch was a “traditional Jew”, both in family ancestry and religious heritage, not a black male from Ethiopia.
2. “The Book of Enoch” WAS found in Ethiopia in 1768 by a Scotsman( James Bruce) and was later translated by an Englishman (Canon R.H. Charles). But the author(s) was NOT an Ethiopan.
3. The author(s) of “The Book of Enoch” were certainly from the line of (Jewish) prophets.
This book is just another example in the recent ( falsified and heartbreakingly pathetic) trend of attempting to “Afrocentralize” the Scriptures. The few examples of black individuals that appear in Scripture are readily identified ( such as the Ethiopian eunuch led to Christ by Philip in Acts 8:27).
Biblical individuals should primarily be remembered for the important messages and lessons from God of which they write. But they deserve to be portrayed truthfully and accurately, not just to satisfy someone’s racial or political agenda.
Thanks for reading

This book was repetitive to the point where it seems the author wrote the book and never bothered to read it himself. If he had, surely he would have cut out much of the same clap trap. Horrible read… one star is too much.

The lack of scholarship demonstrated by the Indus Khamit Kush speaks for itself. He makes assertions from out of the blue e.g. Enoch was from Ethiopia, the Hebrew were from Africa as he speaks words expecting them to magically come true. He cites no sources from anthropology and has not tapped into the current DNA tracings regarding migration of population. There are about a half dozen words in the Hebrew Scriptures regarding Enoch and Kush assumes he can create Enoch to a theology, a history but only succeeds in writing poor fiction. At every point he attempts to discredit the Hebrew-Christian scriptures and replace them with figments of his own imagination. The book itself is easy to read consisting of a staccato of quotations from unrelated sources which are taken out of their original context in a futile attempt make the book appear to be related to these scholars. He borrows from Dr. Hugh Nibley of the BYU and LDS camp in a manner which would embarrass the fine scholar. With a rush of quotations he tries to make the Point that the origins of man is in Ethiopia, the faith is from the same and the Hebrews and other nations were black which the may have been but i have not met anyone who can say yea or nea with certainty. Kush indicates the White man perverted the Holy Word of God and history to keep the black man subserviant. There is a method to his mad scholarship and his agenda is to hawk a true Bible in the hope the Black race will cast off the shakes of physical and mental enslavement to the White Supremacist. One of my joys is science fiction but this book lacks the science and is not written a manner to be called fiction. Trust me it is a boring read. If you want to spend money buy the translated Book of Enoch.
