ISLAMABAD, July 31: The Supreme Court of Pakistan has declared the November 3, 2007 act of former President Pervez Musharraf unconstitutional.
The 14?member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice (CJ) Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry was hearing petitions challenging the non?confirmation of two Sindh High Court judges and judges who had taken oath under the Provisional Constitutional Order (PCO) of November 2007.
