Sindh MBBS & BDS Admissions 2026-27 Open for Public Sector Medical and Dental Colleges

The Health Department, Government of Sindh through Jinnah Sindh Medical University (JSMU), Karachi has announced admissions for 1st Year MBBS and BDS Programmes for Session 2026-27. Applications are invited from candidates holding domicile and Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) of Sindh Province for admission to public sector medical and dental colleges across Sindh.

Students seeking admission to MBBS and BDS programmes can now submit online applications through the designated processing universities according to their domicile districts. Admissions will be granted in accordance with PM&DC regulations and merit criteria.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must be permanent residents of Sindh Province.
• Applicants must have passed Intermediate/HSSC Pre-Medical or equivalent qualification with minimum required marks.
• Candidates must have passed MDCAT 2024, 2025 or 2026 conducted by IBA Sukkur.
• Minimum aggregate requirement is 55% for MBBS and 50% for BDS as per PM&DC regulations.
• Each candidate may apply only once.
