Technology Upgradation and Skill Development Company (TUSDEC), established by the Ministry of Industries and Production, invites applications for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) based in Lahore. The company focuses on upgrading technology and skills across strategic industrial clusters to connect Pakistan with the global value chain.

Responsibilities

Ensure overall profitability and efficient management of the company.
Present strategic business plans and policies to the Board for approval and oversee implementation.
Manage HR and financial resources effectively in line with statutory obligations.
Ensure compliance with the SOE Act, Companies Act?2017, and SECP regulations.
Lead organizational growth and innovation aligned with government policies.

Minimum Qualification & Experience

Graduate degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Engineering, Finance, Commerce, or Marketing (16?years of education) from an HEC?recognized university.
Minimum?15?years of relevant experience, including?10?years in senior management.
Experience in technology or skill development initiatives that improved productivity and competitiveness.
Foreign qualifications must include HEC equivalence.

Age Limit

Applicants must not exceed 62?years of age at the time of application submission.
