The Directorate of Literacy and Non-Formal Education, under the School Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh, invites proposals from qualified organizations for the establishment and operationalization of Non-Formal Education Centers (NFE) across 106 districts of Sindh.

Scope of Work:

Establish and operate Non-Formal Education Centers (NFE) in designated districts.
Provide literacy, basic education, and skill development opportunities to out-of-school children and adults.
Ensure compliance with Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) guidelines.
Submit detailed technical and financial proposals through the official e-procurement portal.

Eligibility Criteria:

Registered NGOs, CBOs, or educational organizations with relevant experience in literacy and non-formal education.
Organizations must have valid registration, audited financial statements, and proven capacity to manage educational projects.
Experience in community-based education programs will be preferred.

Submission Process:

RFP documents are available at https://portal.sindh.eprocure.gov.pk.
Proposals must be submitted online via the SPPRA portal before the closing date.
Late submissions will not be entertained.
