Alpha Insurance Company Limited invites applications from accomplished and dynamic professionals for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The company, with a long-standing presence in Pakistan’s insurance sector, is entering a new phase of growth under a renewed governance framework and medium-term strategy supported by committed shareholders.
Responsibilities

Appointment
The appointment will initially be for a period of three years, extendable subject to performance and Board evaluation. A competitive market-based compensation package, including performance-linked rewards, will be offered to the successful candidate.
Eligibility Criteria
Education and Professional Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Commerce, or Marketing from a university recognized by HEC.
- OR ACII/FCII qualification or Fellowship of Actuaries (UK/USA) or equivalent recognized by the Pakistan Society of Actuaries.
- OR Master’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, or Actuarial Science from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience
- Minimum ten years of effective management experience, including at least five years in insurance management.
- Experience in Takaful operations will be an added advantage.
Regulatory Requirements
Candidates must satisfy the Fit and Proper Criteria prescribed under the Insurance Companies (Sound and Prudent Management) Regulations, 2012 and subsequent amendments.
