Holder of a 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or Law
CGPA of at least 2.5 or 60% marks
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluent in English and Urdu/Sindhi
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Domicile and permanent residence certificate (Form D) from Sindh
Age limit: 21–30 years (relaxation as per Sindh Government rules)
Public Liaison Officer (SRB Scale 16)
