Job Purpose
The Deputy General Manager (Investment) will lead and manage the organization’s investment portfolio. This includes developing and executing strategic investment plans, overseeing research and compliance, and aligning investment activities with long-term financial goals. The role is designed for dynamic, results-oriented professionals ready to contribute to high-level decision-making and portfolio optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead portfolio management and investment strategy development
- Oversee research to support investment decisions and improve performance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies
- Develop and implement investment policies and procedures
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align strategies with organizational goals
- Monitor and evaluate investment performance metrics
- Prepare and present investment reports to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university
- Minimum 10 years of experience in investment or portfolio management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
