The College of Medical Technology (CMT), Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), Islamabad, a federal public sector healthcare institute affiliated with Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University (SZABMU), invites applications for admission in its 4-year BS degree program in Allied Health Sciences.

Eligibility Criteria

F.Sc (Pre-Medical) or A-levels (Pre-Medical Group) / F.Sc Technology Group
Minimum 50% marks in relevant qualification
Must have passed Allied Health Sciences entry test conducted by SZABMU
Age limit: 17–25 years
Incomplete or late applications will not be considered

Submit filled form in person with attested copies of:
- SSC Certificate
- HSSC Certificate
- Domicile
- CNIC / B-form
- Entry Test Result Card
- 3 Passport Size Photographs
Original documents required at interview
Separate form required for each discipline
