Position Overview
The company is seeking a top-tier legal professional to serve as Manager Corporate & Regulatory Affairs. The role involves providing legal support on corporate and regulatory matters, particularly those involving NEPRA and other power sector entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on regulatory matters and guide internal departments
- Ensure compliance with NEPRA and corporate laws
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal policies
- Support the Chief Law Officer in legal documentation and strategic matters
- Monitor KPIs and maintain performance records
- Implement approved NEPRA tariffs and manage legal risks
- Assist in developing internal legal procedures and mitigation strategies
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience
- At least 3 years of law practice in corporate and regulatory affairs
