Government of Balochistan – Hiring Project Director for Quetta Development Package

Project: Chief Minister’s Package for Quetta Development (CMPQD)

The Government of Balochistan is seeking applications for the post of Project Director on a contractual basis to oversee PSDP-funded schemes under the CMPQD initiative. The selected candidate will lead urban infrastructure development efforts in Quetta, including roads, drainage, and master planning.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Civil Engineering (PEC registered)
• Experience: At least 10 years in project management, urban planning, and infrastructure delivery
• Track Record: Proven ability to deliver quality projects on time
• Technical Skills:
  • Drainage and stormwater systems design
  • GIS, CAD, Civil 3D, hydrology and hydraulics software
  • Topographic survey interpretation, road planning
  • Proficiency in MS Office, professional communication
  • Experience with PSDP projects mandatory
• Age: 35 to 62 years
• Domicile: Balochistan
