The Government of Pakistan, through the Ministry of Climate Change & Environmental Coordination, is inviting applications for multiple specialist positions under the PSDP Project titled “Strengthening Technical Capacities of Ministry of Climate Change and Environmental Coordination (STCMC&EC)”. These roles are designed to support Pakistan’s climate resilience, green finance, and environmental sustainability goals.

Green Finance Specialist
Carbon Market Specialist
Project Specialist
Project Development Specialist
Communication Specialist
IT and Data Specialist
Marine Biodiversity Specialist
Marine Spatial Planning Specialist
Environmental Specialist – Chemicals
Environmental Specialist – Waste Management
Eligibility Criteria
Master’s or Ph.D. in relevant fields such as Environmental Sciences, Climate Finance, Marine Biology, IT, Communication, or related disciplines
Minimum 5–10 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant domain
Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills
Experience with government, international organizations, or climate-related projects preferred
Terms & Conditions
Appointments are on a contract basis for one year, extendable based on performance and project duration
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview
No TA/DA will be provided
