ISLAMABAD, Jul 22: The Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI) would to give awards to those businessmen and traders exporters that showed best performance during last one year. The award distribution ceremony titled ?Export Trophy Awards 2009? would be held next month, RCCI Spokesman, Tahir Rashid told APP adding that federal ministers, prominent political figures, social personalities, senior government officials and business community would be invited to attend this mega event.
?The awards would be given to those exporters, manufacturers and traders that showed best performance during last one year,? he added.
RCCI Standing Committee for export trade has already given approval to hold the event for the promotion of business activities.
He said that the chamber would help in making website of international standards to those members who have not yet their own website, which he said has become imperative in the modern age of information technology to enhance export performance.
