NAVTTC Expression of Interest (EOI) – Registration as National Assessors under Takamol Skills Verification Program (SVP) Saudi Arabia

Government of Pakistan through the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals across Pakistan for registration as National Assessors under the Takamol Skills Verification Program (SVP) in collaboration with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Program Overview

National Assessors will evaluate the technical and professional competencies of Pakistani skilled workers under the Takamol SVP framework. Selected assessors will be trained and accredited by NAVTTC and authorized Qualification Awarding Bodies (QABs) to ensure international standards of assessment.

  • Electrical & Electronics
  • Hospitality & General Services
  • Vocational & Industrial Trades
  • Mechanical Trades
  • Engineering & Facility Services
  • General Labour Trades

Eligibility Criteria

Trade Type Educational Qualification Experience Other Requirements
Technical & Non-Technical Trades Bachelor’s degree / DAE / Diploma in relevant field 3–4 years relevant industry experience Specific RPL required if qualification not directly relevant
Driving Trades Bachelor’s / DAE in Mechanical or Automotive 2–3 years relevant experience Valid driving license

General Requirements

  • Strong practical knowledge and competency in the relevant trade.
  • Basic computer skills for conducting computer-based theory tests.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Understanding of assessment tools and procedures.
  • Preference for candidates with prior experience in TVET or vocational training.

  • Updated CV
  • CNIC copy
  • Educational documents
  • Experience certificates
  • Driving license (for driving trades)
  • Passport-size photograph
  • Contact details (mobile number & email)

Selection Process

  • Scrutiny of applications and documents
  • Online interview or competency-based screening
  • Training and accreditation under NAVTTC Assessor Licensing Framework

Important Notes

  • License validity: 3 years under NAVTTC Assessor Licensing Framework.
  • NAVTTC reserves the right to reject or cancel applications without reason.
  • Misrepresentation may result in suspension or cancellation of license.
  • Applicants bear their own costs during the selection process.
  • Encouragement for applications from all regions of Pakistan.
