Pakistan’s minister for communication has told the newsmen that the Lowari Tunnel may be opened on 28th after which the tunnel will be opened for the light traffic. According to NHA The first phase of the construction of Tunnel has been completed and tested. After completion of Lowari Tunnel people in Chitral will be connected with the rest of the country even in winters. People in the valley are anxiously waiting for the tunnel to open. There are many people at the town of Dir waiting for the tunnel to open so that they can go to Chitral.
